Taittinger sec noctune is a wonderful blend of wine from over 30 crus, aged for at least 4 years before being disgorged. The result is a champagne with aromas of ripe fruit and flowers. On the palate it is exceptionally smooth, creamy and well rounded, with flavours of white fruit and raisins. The finish is rich yet crisp.Excellent minerality and refined acidity culminate in a lasting, full-bodied, round finish.
